New bicycle purchases can be put on layaway for 90 days.We ask for 1/3 down and the balance paid
before the end of this term. Deposits are not refundable, a store credit will be issued for the amount paid. New bicycles
purchased and returned within 30 days will be charged a 10-25% restocking fee based on the condition of the bike. After 30
days, no returns or credits will be issued.
Starting in 2007, we
no longer take personal checks over $100.
Repairs are done as quickly
as we can to get you back out on the road or trail. We always call and let you know when the repair is ready for pickup. Repairs
left after 6 months will be sold or donated to charity.Many bicycle shops charge a storage fee after 30 days, we do not. Please
understand, we are not a public storage facility. Each year we give away 40-50 bikes that customers do not pick up due to
moving,finances,etc. If we did not have this policy, we would have literally dozens of unwanted bicycles-we just do
not have the room!
Sorry, we do not ship new, used or repaired bicycles !
